Vibes Instant Kava - 100g
Vibes Instant Kava is noble kava from Vanuatu, made into a powder that mixes straight into water. No kneading, no straining bag, no mess. Stir it for twenty seconds and you're done.
There are four to choose from, and each one is a blend of noble cultivars we've put together to feel a certain way. A 100g pouch makes about twenty cups.

How to make it
- Pour 250ml of cold water into a cup.
- Add one level 5g scoop.
- Stir for about twenty seconds.
- Drink up. If it's been sitting a while, give it another stir.
Cold water tastes better than warm, though warm works fine. Use a little more or less powder to make it stronger or lighter. Start at 5g for your first few and go from there.
Instant kava and micronized kava aren't the same thing
These two get mixed up a lot, so here's the difference.
Micronized kava is the whole root ground very fine. As this is not true instant kava, the root fibre will irritate the stomach and may cause bloating and cramps.
Instant kava is extracted first, then de-watered, leaving only the active ingredient - kavalactones. No root fibers here, so it is safe and pleasant to drink. No kneading and no straining needed. Stir, drink, and relax.
One thing to know: it settles. Leave a cup on the bench for a few minutes and the kava drops back down to the bottom. That's completely normal and nothing's wrong. Just give it a stir.
Common questions
Does it actually dissolve? Yes, with a stir, and you won't need a strainer. It will settle if the cup sits, so stir it again before you finish. That's normal.
How long does a pouch last? About twenty cups. If you're drinking a few times a week, roughly a month.
Is this noble kava? Yes. Everything we sell is noble Piper methysticum from Vanuatu. We don't sell tudei kava.
Can I drink it on an empty stomach? A lot of people do, and it tends to come on faster that way. If it doesn't sit well, have a small snack first.
How should I store it? Sealed, somewhere cool and dry, out of the sun.
A few things worth knowing
Kava is a traditional Pacific drink recommended for adults only.
- Don't mix kava with alcohol.
- Don't drive or use machinery after drinking it.
- Start with one cup and see how you feel before having more.
